Company'S Coming Make -Ahead Potatoes

1. Cover potatoes with water in lg pot.

2. Cook until tender.

3. Drain and mash.

4. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and 3 T butter; mix well, add salt.

5. Spoon into 11x7 baking dish.

6. Melt 1 T butter; drizzle over potatoes.

7. Bake, covered, at 350* for 30 minutes.

8. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
