1. warm oil. 2. Add peppercorns, cinnamon, cardamom,cloves. 3. Stir for a minute. 4. Add onions& turmeric and fry for 2 minutes. 5. Add the corn, spinach and salt and mix well. 6. Add rice. 7. Mix again. 8. Add 2 cups of hot water and let it come to a boil. 9. Put a lid and let cook on very low heat for 20 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
