Corn Moussaka


1. Spread corn in an ungreased, shallow 1 1/2 qt.

2. casserole dish.

3. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.

4. Add flour; cook& stir for 1 minute.

5. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon; pour over corn in dish.

6. Bake@ 350 deg.

7. for 15 minutes.

8. Meanwhile, combine eggs& cottage cheese; spread over meat mixture.

9. Top with parmesan and mozzarella.

10. Bake 10- 15 minutes more.
