Corned Beef-And-Cabbage Soup


1. In pot, heat oil over medium heat.

2. Add corned beef, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

3. Add cabbage, carrots, onion and caraway seeds.

4. Cook stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes.

5. Add potato, broth, juice and black pepper; bring to a boil.

6. Reduce heat to low; simmer until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes).
