Country Jen'S Anzac Biscuits (Cookies)


1. Melt together the butter, golden syrup and water.

2. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Pour over the melted mixture and add the vanilla.

4. Mix well.

5. Put on cold tray in teaspoonfuls and press down lightly with a fork.

6. Bake for 10 minutes at 350'F.

7. Remove from oven but leave on tray for 5mins approximately before removing to a wire rack to finish cooling.
