1. Bring the milk to the boil without scorching. 2. As soon as the milk starts to boil, stir in the couscous with a fork. Add a pinch of salt. 3. Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 4 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water or almond extract. 5. Garnish couscous with dried fruit, sugar, cardamom and nuts. If you wish, add a few slices of strawberries to each serving. 6.
