1. Cook noodles according to package directions. 2. If using fresh broccoli, steam until tender-crisp. 3. If using frozen broccoli, defrost. 4. Chop tomatoes. 5. While noodles are cooking, heat oil in medium nonstick pan, add garlic- saute until light brown and crispy. 6. Add crab and broccoli, saute 2 min. 7. Add tomatoes, cook until just heated through. 8. Toss with cooked noodles. 9. Season with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese if desired. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
