1. Add the crab meat, scallion, black pepper, rice wine and salt to the beaten eggs. 2. Stir until thoroughly mixed. 3. Heat the water in a saucepan on medium heat. 4. Add the egg mixture slowly into the saucepan, while gently stirring it. 5. Serve when the eggs have partially congealed. 6.
