1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; saute the onions for 10 minutes. 3. Mix in green peppers, tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat for 10 minutes. 4. Add the crab meat and parsley; cook for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in the eggs just until set. 6. Taste for seasoning and divide mixture among 6 ramekins. 7. Toss the bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the crab meat. 8. Arrange olive on top. 9.
