Cranberry Banana Loaf


1. Beat butter, Splenda and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.

2. Add banana and cranberries and stir.

3. Sift remaining ingredients in a bowl.

4. Add to banana mixture.

5. Stir until just combined.

6. Spread into a greased loaf pan.

7. Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

9. Remove to wire rack to cool.
