Cranberry Blondies


1. Preheat at 350 degrees.

2. Line an 11x7x1 1/2 inch or 9x9x2 inch pan with foil.

3. Spray foiled pan with cooking spray and set aside.

4. In large bowl beat butter with wire whisk until soft.

5. Beat or whisk in sugars,baking powder and soda and salt.

6. Beat or whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined.

7. Wisk or with electric beater in flour on low speed.

8. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate.

9. Spread batter in pan.

10. Sprinkle with fresh cranberries,press in lightly.

11. Bake 25 to 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

12. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour and cut into bars.
