1. Spray a large microwave safe mug with non stick spray. Place almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt in the mug, and stir with a spoon until well mixed. 2. Add applesauce, egg and almond milk and stir until well mixed. 3. Stir in dried cranberries, then sprinkle a few more on top. 4. Microwave on high for about 4 minutes, or until set. 5. When you're ready, toast in a toaster oven then eat.
