1. Place cranberries and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. 2. Press cranberries through a strainer into a bowl. Discard skin and seeds. Return cranberry mixture to saucepan. Stir in sugar. 3. Combine cornstarch and orange juice in a small bowl, stirring to dissolve cornstarch. Stir into cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir for 2 minutes. 4. Divide mixture evenly into six custard cups or small bowls. 5. Chill. 6. Serve cold, by itself or topped with vanilla nonfat yogurt. 7.
