1. Cake: Combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Cut in the butter until crumbly. 3. Add the egg and milk, stirring until moistened. 4. Spread evenly in a 13" x 9" greased pan. 5. Combine the rhubarb and cranberries. 6. Sprinkle evenly over the cake. 7. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the fruit. 8. Topping: Combine all the ingredients. 9. Sprinkle over the fruit. 10.
