1. Combine pineapple liquid and cornstarch. 2. Stir in sauces and set aside. 3. Heat oil in a large fry pan over high heat. 4. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. 5. Stir-fry until no longer pink. 6. Add peppers and pineapple tidbits. 7. stir fry 2 minutes longer. 8. Stir the cornstarch mixture and add to chicken. 9. Cook and stir constantly, over med heat until thickened. 10.
