1. Preheat oil on medium-high in a large pan. 2. Add onions and ginger. Cook until onions are soft. 3. Mix together cumin, turmeric, chili pepper flakes, cardamom, cinnamon and pepper. Stir into onions and ginger. 4. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add chicken and coat with mixture. Cook for 5 minutes. 6. Add brown sugar, cream cheese and broth and stir until cream cheese is melted inches. 7.
