Cream Cheese Italian Chicken


1. Brown/crisp bacon in a large skillet, with 1 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning. Remove to a bowl in a warm oven.

2. Brown chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Remove to a bowl in the warm oven.

3. Saute onions with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Add garlic and saute 3-5 minutes.

4. Add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until cheese melts.

5. Add chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and remaining Italian seasoning. Simmer until warm throughout.

6. Serve over whole wheat rotini and/or cauliflower.
