Cream Trifle For Two


1. Pur cream into a small mixing bowl and mix in warmed golden syrup and rum.

2. Slice sponge fingers and place in the bottom of two individual serving bowls.

3. Pour cream mixture over and cover with sliced fruit.

4. Chill for 1 hour.

5. Sprinkle lemon juice over just before serving.
