1. Melt butter in medium size saucepan. Add beef and saute 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. 2. Stir in flour until smooth and continue to cook for about 1 or 2 minutes more. 3. Slowly stir in milk. Add chicken bouillon and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir 1 - 5 minutes or until thickened. 4. Add pepper and salt to taste. 5.
