Creamed Peas And Carrots


1. Cook carrots in water to cover until tender.

2. Add peas; cook 5 more minutes.

3. Melt butter in saucepan.

4. Add flour, salt, and pepper.

5. Slowly stir in milk.

6. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.

7. Drain carrots and peas, mix with creamed mixture.

8. Heat through.

9. Put in serving bowl; sprinkle with paprika.
