1. In a food processor combine beans and 1/4 cup broth. 2. In a saucepan, heat remaining broth to a simmer over medium heat. 3. Whisk in bean puree. 4. Return to simmer. 5. In a bowl, mix milk and yolks. 6. Whisk in 1 cup of puree into milk stir until smooth. 7. Pour milk/puree into the saucepan. 8. Cook until hot, about 3 minutes, do not let boil. 9.
