Creamy Carrots


1. Slice carrots into rounds.

2. Cook til tender, drain.

3. Melt butter.

4. Add sugar.

5. Cook 1 minute.

6. Add cream.

7. Bring to boil.

8. Reduce heat.

9. Return carrots, toss well.

10. Serve with chives sprinkled on top.
