Creamy Chilli Sauce


1. Heat oil in a small pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger until golden brown.

2. Add pumpkin, masala paste, salt, chilli powder.

3. Stir for 1 minute, add water, bring to boil, stir until thick paste is formed.

4. Remove from heat.

5. Stir in the cream and cilantro.

6. Serve hot.
