1. Heat oil in small pan. 2. Saute onion and garlic until golden brown. 3. Add garam masala, curry paste, salt, chilli. 4. Stir for 1 minute, add mushrooms, cover, cook for 1 minute. 5. Add water, bring to boil and stir until thick paste is formed. 6. Stir in cilantro and cream. 7. Serve hot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
