1. In a pan, boil chick peas and juice until chick peas are soft enough to use in a blender. 2. Separate peas from juice, and set juice aside. 3. Place peas, tahini, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and onion into a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Consistency should be thick. 4. Add chick pea juice little by little until hummus is at the desired consistency. 5. Season to taste. Add more lemon juice or garlic salt where needed. 6. Place in a bowl and drizzle top with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. 7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before eating. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
