1. Place chicken in slow cooker. 2. Combine salad dressing mix and chicken broth. 3. Pour over chicken. 4. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 hours. 5. Add fresh mushrooms on top of chicken. 6. Mix cream cheese and soup until well blended. 7. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. 8. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear. 9. Remove chicken and stir remaining ingredients well in the crockpot. 10. This will yield a very tasty"gravy" for over the chicken and it's accompanying side. 11.
