1. beat the egg yolks in a blender. 2. add the sugar, seasoning and mustard and combine. 3. with the blender on, slowly add the oil and with motor still running add the vinegar. 4. finally add lemon juice and chopped lavender. 5. this dressing should be pourable not too thick. 6. pour over whatever salad you choose and decorate with dried lavender seeds. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
