Creamy Lemon Chicken


1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2. Coat chicken.

3. Heat butter in skillet.

4. Cook chicken for about 8 minutes per side, until browned and juices run clear.

5. Remove chicken and keep warm.

6. Add mushrooms to skillet; saute until lightly browned.

7. Add broth; cook and stir for 1 minute.

8. Add cream and lemon juice; simmer for 5 minutes.

9. Return chicken; heat through.
