1. Make linguine according to directions on box and drain and keep warm. 2. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan. 3. Saute garlic, oregano, and parsley. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and onion (or scallions) and simmer 5 minutes. 5. Add shrimp, scallops, and cream. 6. Cook until fish turns pink and cream starts to thicken. 7.
