1. Flatten chicken to even thickness. 2. Place a slice of ham and slice of cheese slice on each breast half. 3. Roll up chicken from narrow end, and secure with toothpicks. 4. In a skillet with hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown on all sides. 5. Spoon off fat; stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Heat to boiling. 7. Reduce beat to low,cover. 8.
