Creamy Tuna Fettuccini


1. Drain and flake tuna.

2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

3. Heat butter and oil, add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are browned.

4. Blend in sour cream, milk, and cheese.

5. Fold in tuna and heat through.

6. Place pasta on plate, spoon sauce over.

7. Sprinkle with parsley.
