Creole Rice


1. Fry bacon till crisp.

2. You can also use ham slices but bacon taste best to me.

3. Drain all but 2 Tbs drippings.

4. Add onions,pepper,cook till tender.

5. Stir in rice,tomatoes,broth,and seasonings.

6. Bring to a boil,cover and simmer over low heat 20 mins.

7. Allow to stand for 10 mins before serving.
