Crispy Fish Sausages


1. soak bread in water until soft then strain liquid out.

2. process fish, bread, salt,pepper, parsley, paprika, 1 egg together for a few seconds until mixed together but not minced.

3. put flour, breadcrumbs, egg in individual shallow plates.

4. get a small portion of the mixt and roll out into sausages.

5. roll in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.

6. heat oil and fry until golden brown.

7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
