1. In crock pot, sprinkle beef with dry onion soup mix. 2. Pour hot water over meat. 3. Stir in carrots, celery and tomato. 4. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until meat is tender. 5. Turn control to high. 6. In a small bowl, combine biscuit mix with parsley. 7. Stir in milk with fork until mixture is moistened. 8. Drop dumpling mixture into crock pot with a teaspoon. 9.
