1. Preliminaries: Spray inside of slow-cooker with nonstick spray. 2. Rub seasoning mix over both sides of meat. Place meat in slow-cooker; add onion, vinegar and chilies. 3. Cover and cook on low setting 9 hours. 4. Remove meat, reserving liquid. 5. Shred meat with two forks. 6. Combine meat with reserved cooking liquid; stir well. 7.
