1. 1. Pierce the beef on all side with a fork. Do not remove fat. 2. 2. Place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water. 3. 3. Cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). Turn every few hours. 4. Note: Liquid should almost cover beef.
