Crock Pot Burgundy Beef


1. Dust beef with flour.

2. Brown meat, onions and garlic in olive oil. Remove from pan.

3. Add wine and soup, stirring to mix.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Place meat mixture in crock pot and top with wine and soup.

6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

7. Serve over white, brown, or wild rice.
