1. Cut chicken into about 1 in pieces, set aside. 2. Place green beans, onion, and mushrooms (if using) in your slow cooker. 3. Place chicken pieces over veggies. 4. In a sm bowl combine undrianed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seas, and garlic. 5. Pour over chicken. 6. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hour. 7. or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2-3 hours. 8. Serve over hot cooked fettuccine. 9.
