1. Rinse hens. 2. Pat dry. 3. In small bowl, combine garlic, honey, turmeric, onion, allspice, salt and cayenne. 4. Brush this mixture on hens. 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 6. Place in cooker with juice from marinade. 7. Sprinkle tomatoes over top. 8. Cook on low 5 and 1/2 to 6 hours. 9. Arrange on serving platter over hot, cooked rice. 10.
