1. Place pork in 3 quart slow cooker. 2. Combine next 8 ingredients; spoon over pork. 3. Cover; on low, cook until very tender, 12 hours. 4. Transfer to plate; using 2 forks, shred. 5. Return pork to sauce in cooker. 6. Toss coleslaw with scallion. 7. Serve pork in taco shells with coleslaw and tomato. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
