Crock Pot Steak With Mushrooms


1. Trim fat from meat.

2. Cut meat into 4 serving-size pieces.

3. In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker place onion slices.

4. Arrange mushrooms over onions; add beef.

5. Stir together gravy and wine or apple juice.

6. Pour over beef.

7. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.

8. Excellent served with mashed potatoes and a salad.
