Crockette Italian Pot Roast


1. A four-pound roast may be cut in half; wrap half in foil and freeze for later use.

2. Sprinkle remaining half with salt and pepper and then with the dry spaghetti seasoning mix. Place in crockette. Top with chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.

3. Slice and serve on hot spaghetti; spoon sauce over all.
