1. Put roast in slow cooker, season with garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Add green onions, salsa, broth, and chilis to the pot. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender. 4. Remove meat from crockpot and shred. 5. Return meat to crockpot and heat through. 6.
