Crock-Pot Smothered  Chinese Pepper Steak


1. Put steak, flour, pepper in Crock-Pot. Stir until well coated.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.

4. (High for 4 hours).

5. Remove cover to thicken.

6. Serve over Noodles or Rice.
