Crunchy Pierogi Pie


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (For glass pans 400 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Cook pierogies for 3 to 4 minutes or until they float.

3. Drain well.

4. Place in a greased 8 inch pie plate.

5. Drizzle the butter evenly over the pierogies.

6. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.

7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edges and cheese are brown and crispy.
