1. Soak corn in water for 30 minutes. 2. Cook on grill turning often for around 30 minutes. 3. Combine chili powder. paprika, salt , butter and cheese. 4. Spread mixture on platter sprinkle with clintro. 5. Pull back husk and silks leave attached for a handle. 6.
