1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain, then combine with black beans in a small bowl. Allow to cool. 2. Meanwhile, in a blender combine green onions, sour cream and lemon juice; puree until smooth; add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. 3. Blend until combined; pour over potatoes and beans. 4.
