1. Place all ingredients in blender. 2. You may need to do in 2 batches. 3. Blenderize to desired consistency. 4. Salt to taste. 5. If you like it chunkier, add extra diced cucumber, tomato, and green onion when placing in jars. 6. Stores in glass jar in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. 7.
