1. Remove all fat from the meat. 2. Dredge meat with flour. 3. Heat oil in large frying pan which is deep or use a Dutch oven. 4. Saute onions and garlic in oil until the onions are transparent. 5. Add meat, apple, seasonings, bouillon, tomato puree. 6. Cover and let simmer 1-2 hours, or until meat is tender; if necessary add more bouillon stock. 7. Skim off excess fat. 8. Serve over rice with crushed nuts, coconut and raisins on the side. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
