Curried Turkey Or Chicken Salad With Cashews


1. Prepare chicken: cut into 1/2" pieces.

2. Whisk together mayonnaise, wine, curry powder, lemon juice and ginger in large bowl.

3. Add turkey, onions, mango, celery and raisins; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover. Chill.

4. Can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated t this point.

5. Mix cashews into salad before serving.
